Cancer Is So Limited
It cannot cripple Love
It cannot shatter Hope
It cannot corrode Faith
It cannot destroy Peace
It cannot kill Friendship
It cannot suppress Memories
It cannot silence Courage
It cannot invade the Soul
It cannot steal Eternal Life
It cannot conquer the Spirit
It cannot lesson the power of God

I want to take a moment and thank all of my family, and friends
who have written prayers and poems for me. I cannot possibly post
all of them. So I pray I do not offend anyone.
I thank all of you also who sent me lovely greeting cards,
and beautiful gifts. Thank you!

Dear Heavenly Father, I lift my Joycie up to you in prayer Lord for
strength, courage and filled with your love so strong that the enemy
has not a fraction of space to put any lies or doubt in her mind other
than focused totally on you knowing that if you brought her to it you
will help her through it. Bless her and Dave Lord every time that they
have to spend in places not full of joy give them a reward of your love
sending down from above. We praise you and thank-you for the Holy
Spirit you send to comfort us and the knowledge that you will never leave
nor forsake us in Jesus precious name we pray...Amen

A Prayer for Healing
If you desire to pray for the power to
receive healing or if you just want to
release your faith for health and wholeness
You can receive right now
Jesus is where you are right this moment
Jesus is the healer;
Your part is to say and do.
So you say these things out loud.
You say;
Jesus is my healer
He bore my sicknesses and my diseases and pain
I expect to receive now.
Pray this prayer in faith and mean it with your whole heart
Accept it and believe it!
Father, the word of God, that I have heard and confess
is the power of God unto my salvation
I confess that Jesus Christ is Lord
over my life, spirit, soul and body
I receive the power of God to make me whole,
sound, delivered, saved and healed now
I act on the word of God and receive His power
Sickness, disease and pain
I resist you in the name of Jesus
You are not the will of God
I enforce the word of God on you
I will not tolerate you in my life
Leave my presence,
I will never allow you back
I have been healed and made sound
Jesus made me whole
My days of sickness and disease are over
I am the saved, I am the healed and the power of
sickness has been forever broken over my life
Jesus bore my sickness
Jesus bore my weakness
Jesus bore my pain and I am free
No sickness, no sin, no fear, no evil addiction
shall lord it over me any longer
I have been redeemed from the curse
and I receive the blessing
I proclaim my freedom in Jesus name
The gospel is the power of God unto my salvation
I receive the gospel, I act on the gospel and I am
made whole in the name of the lord Jesus Christ.
Amen!

Behold The Beauty
Cancer, an awesome word
We all dread more than all
Shall we investigate it's appearance
To look at fear within our soul
Can cancer really rule our life
Or is God the one who holds
Our life within His hand
Rather than a mystery unknown
Does He know exactly of our times
And keep the blueprint of the plan
Could He hold a lovely secret
To reveal a way of love
Preparing us for all in store
Can we see it as a jewel
When such suffering comes our way
To tell us all He'd like to say
Are we given then a gift to ponder
On all of life's tomorrow's
To depend on Him for every breath to keep
Not just a day to borrow
How much more a greater joy
To find than all we've known before
A love beyond description
And trust more deep and sure
Friends who reach out with their kindness
In prayer and tenderness
Family that put aside the trifles
To desire the blessing of God's best
A miracle of inner grace
Descending in to break the fear
As each new day unfolds
A faith to cradle near
Though tears may fall of memories
To relish more than gold
God lets us see into His heart
To put a comfort in our soul
Cancer never yet can conquer life
For life it yet will give
Love's beauty blooms within the cold
God's warmth is ours to keep
His heart compelled to make us whole

You Are Not Alone
I cannot take your suffering away
For you I will pray each today
I want to make it known
My friend, you are not alone.
A few more hills you must climb
I will climb with you, one step at a time
Remember I love you my dear
You are not alone, I am here.
God will take away your fears
He will even dry your tears
He will give you courage to go on
God is by your side, you are not alone.

AN INSPIRATION
You are an inspiration to so many
A battle has been waged upon you
Determined to conquer and beat this thing
The Lord has helped pull you through.
The sickness and the pain that comes with chemo
The torment you've had to endure
Weakness and nausea consuming your day
Never once was the outcome obscured.
Through prayer you asked the Lord above
To heal you of this disease
He whispered His love and held you close
And put your heart at ease.
Through devotion to Our Lord Savior
And through prayers ascending above
You are now on the road to recovery
You've shown Him an undying love.
An inspiration you are my friend
You've helped many to see the light
Talking with strangers suffering like you
Teaching them how to win this fight.

Dearest Joyce
I heard that you were in need of some hugs and nobody
does that better than me
You hang in there and know that I'm here for you always.
I am here to comfort you
To bring you some cheer,
To remind that you're not alone
Someone is always near.
We are praying for you
And thinking of you too,
Even though we've never met
We will do all we can do..
When life seems to get to you
And you feel so lost and scared
We wanted to remind you
There are people who care.
Your sissy's has bound together
To pray and unite
To stand with you and beside you
In your stressful plight..
I just wanted you to know
that I'm thinking about you.
Brighter days ahead, dear Joyce
Love,
June

" Someone Is Hurting"
Precious Lord, someone is hurting
I feel so much pain for the family,
Lord send an Angel across the miles,
To help my friend through this trial.
Lord, so many things going wrong today
You are greatest friend for the world,
As your hand of love reaches from above,
I pray Lord, hearts will accept your love.
Lord my tears just keep on flowing
And I know you will work it out,
So many things, I cannot understand,
I love you Jesus, So I cannot doubt.
So much pain we go through here
Lord, you have gone this way before,
I ask you Lord, to melt the hearts,
All worldly desires will forever depart.
Lord, visit my brother/sister today
Whisper to him/her, You are so near,
I care so much and feel much pain,
I believe Jesus, You will do it again.
God's love is waiting beyond compare
He will hold and guide you all the way,
Life with so many trials to rise above,
He sends His love on the wings of a dove.
