By The Beautiful Sea

Walking hand in hand by the beautiful sea
All alone together just you and me
Sands of time warmed our toes, and cooled in the waves
Around the bend were time worn rocks, old caves
Sun shinned so bright, and a breeze cooled our being
While we immensely enjoyed sightseeing
Choosing pretty seashells scattered all over the sand
Listening to the waves charging like a band
Just wonderful music as we remembered before
Soft soothing sounds do echo as we explore
Down to the sea a memory so delightful
Blues, greens and orange palette painted colorful
Our favorite walk to the old lighthouse at the peak
Seagulls fluttering about and seam to shriek
Up on the hill we picnic just you and I
Toast to our love of nature on a hot day in July
Thankful our Lord Jesus blessed us with another chance
We found each other and true love and romance
Thank you God you’ve created a wonderful Earth
We are truly grateful for all of lifes worth
