Oh, how I daydream to be in Spain
To paint the gorgeous flowers avant-garde
Right out my window the scent of gorgeous flowers
To do my work in the courtyard

Most modern buildings in Barcelona
Always intrigued me in my daydreams
Picasso is from Malaga, Spain
Barcelona’s architecture is in extremes

I daydream of having tea with friends
At outside restaurants near the street
I’ve always admired talented artists
Discussing different techniques would be a treat

Many beautiful churches throughout Spain
Well known for its architect and beliefs
Christianity remains foremost thankfully
Gorgeous sculpture, fine religious relief’s

One day God willing I will visit Spain
There are many other places I’d love to see
God leads my way I’m in His arms
We are American and very free

Travel is in our soul and thrills our spirit!
