Have A Very Merry Christmas

Christmas is a joyous time of the year
May you see the twinkle in your loved ones eyes
Christmas is a bright and glorious day of Jesus birth
Some may have their wish of snow falling from the skies

When you go to Christmas Eve Services or on Christmas day
Remember those who are poor through gifts of money or food
This is how we show Our Christian Spirit
Giving of ourselves gives us the Christmas mood

We are thankful and show gratitude on this Holy day
Pray for those who need our prayers either illness or lonely
Rich in Spirit is the way of Our Lord
Not in fame or riches only

Even a stranger will appreciate a smile or your time
If you are alone you could visit a nursing home
Don’t forget to write a person who is serving in a foreign land
There is no need for anyone to be left alone

As you write out your Christmas cards be grateful for what you have
Perhaps invite your neighbor who lives alone for a meal
What ever you do enjoy the Beautiful Christmas Season
Sharing of your time and money, visiting is so surreal
