Peaceful Afternoon

Quietly sitting under the Oak tree

Pondering sweetly thoughts of you and me

Memories of past, and even today

Writing and dreaming of words to portray

My love for you will be everlasting

Since we've married, our words ever vowing

Holidays and times I'll always cherish

My undying love will never perish

God brought us together, never depart

Listening to the music of our hearts

Here you come to join with picnic basket

Two hearts join in love's summer's day magic
