On Valentine’s Day

On this Valentine’s Day it’s time to reminisce
Of a wonderful love we share together
Your love and kindness bring me shear happiness
All throughout the year in all kinds of weather

You are very supportive when my day’s not going my way
These are the times you show me how special you are
You always know what to say to brighten my day
I’ve kept all the wonderful things you’ve said close to my heart

You fill my life with endless moments that create memories
Have I told you yet today how much I love you?
We shall celebrate perhaps a glass of wine in our festivities
My gratefulness and thanks seem so long overdo

You are so dear to me I keep you in my thoughts and prayers,
and ask the lord to protect you in what ever you may do
Also, I ask your guardian angel to keep you in his care
You are the love of my life and I’ll always be true
