Thanksgiving Day A time To Share

Thank you Lord for our company and our food
Our turkey, dressing and pies set the mood
You blessed us with family and true friendships
Our children hold the turkey legs with their fingertips

Good conversation and visits from family from out of town
We all enjoy the camaraderie and no one has a frown
You have blessed us Lord with all our needs
We are grateful and happy that all succeeds

Our children eat and all enjoy some even ask for more
Later we have pies and confections galore
We even take pictures to share
Then we end our visit with “The Lords Prayer”
